ARRIGENNA NAMED TO THE AGRICULTURE AND NEW YORK HORSE BREEDING DEVELOPMENT FUND
Harness Horse Breeders of New York State is pleased to learn of the appointment of Peter Arrigenna by Governor Andrew Cuomo, to the Board of Trustees of the Agriculture and New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund. The Fund promotes agriculture through the breeding of Standardbred horses and administers the New York Sire Stakes program among its many activities.
