YONKERS' FRIDAY PICK 5 FEATURES $3,059 CARRYOVER

YONKERS, NY, Thursday, February 12, 2015-A friendly reminder from Yonkers Raceway that Friday night's Pick 5 wager begins with a carryover of $3,059.33.
The Pick 5 is a 50-cent base wager offered on races 5 through 9 nightly. It has no consolation payoff, meaning if no one selects all five winners (as was the case Thursday), the entire pool (minus takeout) moves to the next racing program.
Note that beginning this Monday (Feb. 16), the Pick 5 wager moves to races 7 through 11 and offers a $10,000 guaranteed pool every Monday.
